Terms of Use
Important: the app is a support tool for estimating and visualizing. It does not replace manufacturer data, applicable codes, professional training or calibrated instruments.
1. Acceptance
By using the Mollier Diagrams and Psychrometric Charts app or the site migmagdigital.com, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices for professional or educational purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or decompile it, or remove its proprietary or third-party license notices.
3. Nature of the results
- Diagrams and values are computed from thermodynamic data and standard equations, and depend on the readings you enter.
- They may differ from manufacturer data, from other tools or from real installation conditions.
- Before making technical decisions, verify the results against manufacturer specifications, applicable codes and standards, and your measuring instruments.
- Handling refrigerants and refrigeration or air-conditioning equipment must be done by qualified and, where the law requires it, certified personnel.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, brand and logo belong to Mig Mag Digital LLC. Some third-party components are distributed under their own open-source licenses, whose notices appear in the app’s “About” section.
5. No warranty
The app and the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mig Mag Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, or for technical decisions made solely on the basis of its results.
7. Changes
We may update the app, the site and these terms. The current version is the one posted on this page.
8. HVACR Portal
These terms apply to the charts app and the site. The HVACR Portal will have its own terms, including subscription conditions.
