Privacy Policy
In short: the charts app asks for no account, has no ads or analytics, and runs its calculations on your device. We do not sell or share personal data.
1. Who we are
Mig Mag Digital LLC (“we”) develops the Mollier Diagrams and Psychrometric Charts app (“the app”) and the website migmagdigital.com (“the site”). You can reach us at soporte@migmagdigital.com.
2. The app
- No account. You do not need to sign up or give us your name or email to use it.
- Calculations on your device. What you enter (pressures, temperatures, humidity, refrigerant) is processed locally and is not sent to our servers.
- Local preferences. The app may remember settings such as language, units or text size on your own device. That information does not leave your device.
- No third-party ads, analytics or trackers.
- No sensitive permissions. The app does not use your camera, microphone, location or contacts.
- Payments. If the app or any of its features has a cost, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google (depending on your store). We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Exports. The PNG, SVG or PDF files you create are saved on your device and are shared only with whom you choose.
3. The website
The site is static: it uses no cookies or analytics tools. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any hosting provider, processes standard technical logs (for example, the IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and protect the service against attacks.
4. If you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and follow up on your request. Email is handled through Gmail (Google). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
5. Children
The app and the site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your rights
Because the app does not collect personal data, there is none of yours to delete or export. If you wrote to us and want your correspondence deleted, send a request to soporte@migmagdigital.com and we will handle it. We do not sell or share personal information.
7. HVACR Portal
This policy covers the charts app and the site. The HVACR Portal, which will use accounts and subscriptions, will have its own privacy policy before launch.
8. Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
